Purchases

Time Between Purchases

The average number of days a customer takes between making two purchases when looking at the past 365 days.

TBP= 365/(Number of orders in past 365 days/ number of unique customers in past 365 days)

The Time Between Purchases segmentation only include customers whose first purchase was made with that segment, for example a specific product or from a specific state.

You can toggle for 1+ purchases or 2+ purchases. This came about to be able to remove outliers (1+ purchases) who might have only purchased during a mega sale, so you can toggle by 2+ purchases to remove those one offs and not skew the data.

Purchase Frequency

The average number of purchases per customer in the last rolling year.

Number of orders in past 365 days/ number of unique customers in past 365 days.
